1. Service area
- Stapelstein® currently delivers within the United Arab Emirates and selected GCC countries (Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia).
2. Delivery partner
- Orders are shipped using Aramex or another trusted courier partner.
- All deliveries within the UAE are door-to-door with full tracking and delivery confirmation.
3. Order processing time
- Orders are processed and handed over to the courier within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Orders placed on weekends or UAE public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
4. Delivery timeframes
Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery timings are:
- Dubai: 1–3 business days
- Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman: 1–3 business days
- Umm Al Quwain, Al Ain, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah: 2–5 business days
- GCC Countries: Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia → approx. 5–8 business days
Important notice for GCC deliveries:
Orders to GCC countries are shipped via Emirates Post and its local delivery partners.
Parcels are delivered directly to the shipping address provided at checkout. In some cases, the local courier or Emirates Post may contact the recipient to coordinate delivery or request additional information required for customs clearance.
Please note: Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by customs procedures, weather conditions, peak seasons, or local courier delays.
5. Shipping fees
- Delivery fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and cart value.
- Within the UAE, standard delivery is AED 35.00, with free shipping above AED 400.
- GCC shipping is AED 160.00 per order.
6. Delivery attempts & undeliverable orders
- The courier will contact you via SMS or phone using the mobile number provided at checkout.
- If the courier cannot reach you after multiple attempts, the shipment may:
- Be held at a courier location for pickup, or
- Be returned to Stapelstein®.
- If an order is returned due to incorrect address or missed delivery attempts, we can:
- Reship the order (additional delivery fees apply), or
- Cancel and refund the item value only (shipping fees are non-refundable).
7. Order tracking
- You will receive an email or SMS with your tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
- You can track your shipment through the courier’s tracking page.
8. Damaged or missing items
- If your parcel arrives damaged, please:
- Ask the courier to note the damage, and
- Contact us within 24 hours with photos of the packaging and item.
- For missing items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can investigate.
